HELD AT The Old Forge Inn, Otterbourne, on 8 Dec 2007

1) Finances.
Current Account £456.97
Savings Account £2551.63
Total £3008.60

2) Welfare:
BN has had a discussion with RAFHAAA Welfare Member - Dave Holcroft who advises that all Welfare matters are best channelled through SSAFA or other Forces Charities.

3) Reunion 08
Costings for Golden Oldies have been received and approved.
It was agreed that that members who are attending would be advised that the Saturday night venue would be the Holiday Inn at Aston Clinton. It will be the responsibility of Entry members to arrange their own accommodation for the Saturday night.
Entry Fund will subsidise a limited bar.
Members are to be requested to RSVP to CJW for attendance.
Halton House Timings - LG to contact M Larkin HAAA.
Church reading and address - KB/BN
Donation to Church - LG to contact ML RAFHAAA.
BN to arrange wreath for laying at Tribute after service.
BN to write to wives of deceased members inviting them to service.
Fund to pay for lunch in Henderson Mess - tin room not an option.

4) Membership.
Since last meeting Rob (Bob) Peele has been in touch and joined

5) Newsletter.
CJW to try to produce ASAP to include details of Reunion .
